I had reached out to a few realtors in the Indianapolis area prior to finding Clayton. I wasn’t thrilled with their responsiveness or knowledge in respect to real estate investing, so I kept searching. I eventually came across Clayton, and he has been beyond helpful and responsive. The day he sent me a walkthrough video he filmed during a snowstorm, I knew I‘d found the right agent. We didn’t get that property, but he found me another one not too long after. That was in addition to the first home he had already helped me purchase. The ability to go above and beyond goes a long way with buyers, and he’s certainly showcased that over the past 2 months.
